the mojo club and the mojo jazz café are nearly barrier-free. with a b-ausweis, one accompanying person is admitted free of charge [please register with us in advance, see below]. to gain entry, pass the queue and report to the mojo crew at the street-level hatch entrance. from here, take the lift down to the main hall. unfortunately, there is no barrier-free access to the balcony.

concerts that end before midnight are open to 16+ without adult accompaniment.
admission for club nights and the rollerskate jam is from 21 years.
the box office opens on the day of the event at the specified admission time.
however, there is only a limited number of tickets for each event. if these are sold out in advance, the box office will remain closed. if you want to be on the safe side, buy a ticket in advance.
cloakroom facilities are available for a fee.
backpacks and larger bags cannot be taken into the club. small bags must be handed in at the cloakroom, handbags excluded. all bags will be checked at the door.
drinks, marker pens, falafel, selfie sticks, cardboard boxes, pyrotechnics and confetti must also remain outside.

drinks can be paid for by contactless payment at all bars. cash is required for the cloakroom and at the box office.
there are currently no covid-19 restrictions for club operations in hamburg.
nevertheless, it is advisable to take a self-test before visiting the club. the result will not be checked at the entrance.
please also check the event details in the programme overview on the homepage shortly before the event date. should restrictions be put in place for an event at short notice, they will be published here.
the time indicated in the event schedule is the time of admission. as a rule, the concert starts one hour after doors. however, there are sometimes different schedules. if you want to make sure, come early and have a drink at the bar.
the drinks menu in the club is deliberately straightforward. soft drinks, beer, long drinks. nothing else. the music and the artists are the focus of the event. amen.
more sophisticated drinks and further diversion can be found before, after and during the concerts in the mojo jazz café. the glasses can be taken down to the club at any time.

everyone is welcome at the mojo club! if you feel uncomfortable or someone makes you feel uneasy or has a different idea of respect, please let our team know so that we can take appropriate action. this also applies if you are not directly affected.
the mojo club stands for an unprejudiced environment as well as a culture of diversity based on mutual appreciation, respect and acceptance. any failure to comply with these values will result in the exclusion either from the event or a general exclusion from the mojo club itself.
